William L. Goldman, Jr.  concentrates his practice in the areas of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense.  He handles Wrongful Death, Traumatic Brain Injury, Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Claims, and Insurance Bad Faith claims. In his criminal practice, Mr. Goldman, Jr. has successfully defended clients in homicide cases, drug offenses, theft, assault, juvenile offenses, driving under the influence and traffic violations. In Personal Injury matters, he has successfully achieved settlements or awards in the millions of dollars.

After graduating law school in 1975, Mr. Goldman, Jr. worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Bucks County before joining The Law Offices of William L. Goldman.  During his career, he has handled numerous litigation and mediation matters and has been selected to serve as plaintiff’s arbitrator and as neutral arbitrator in a number of cases.  He has broad litigation experience in state and federal court in Pennsylvania , and has tried many cases to verdict. Mr. Goldman, Jr. has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system, which is the highest rating available, based on expertise and highest ethical standing and professional ability.    

Mr. Goldman, Jr. is a member of the Philadelphia, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and American Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the Florida Bar, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Million-Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Since 1977, Mr. Goldman, Jr. has served as Solicitor of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #53.  He also serves as Assistant Solicitor for the Pennsylvania State Troopers Association; a position he has held since 1997.  Mr. Goldman, Jr is a member of the Board of Directors of Bucks County Bank as well as the Executive Committee, and the Asset /Liability and Audit Committees.
