Why child custody orders get changed

Proving physical harm in Pennsylvania car crashes

If someone has been injured in a car crash caused by a negligent driver, they will normally want to seek compensation for medical bills and treatment related to the harm they suffered. Retirement accounts usually have early-withdrawal penalties, but a QDRO prevents these fees from being assessed if they are paid out as a result of a divorce.
