Brian M. Mr. Schuster’s background consists of over a decade of defense oriented litigation in criminal and civil courts. Prior to joining Goldman Law Offices, Brian defended individuals charged with crimes throughout Bucks County for over six years, from the initial filing of criminal charges through trial and disposition in both adult and juvenile cases. He then continued his defense practice in civil courtrooms throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania at Palmer & Barr, P.C., representing individuals and insurance companies in personal injury suits, breach of contract claims, and insurance fraud investigations. Mr. Schuster’s comprehensive understanding of litigation strategy, evidentiary investigations and negotiation techniques has allowed him to obtain a reputation among his former clients and peers as a premier defense attorney and skilled litigator.

Mr. Schuster obtained his Juris Doctor in 2013 from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. Before focusing on his legal career, Brian completed his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University where he graduated cum laude earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Schuster was raised in Doylestown and currently resides in Bucks County. Brian arrived at Pennsylvania State University after graduating from St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in 2006.
